COME TOGETHER with friends, family and neighbors by inviting them into your home for a Tea Party with a twist! We’re excited to bring this year’s Royal Tea Party to your home – a new experience for all of us as we transition to an Online venue! – and BONUS – this year there’s no charge to attend!
The options are endless for this year’s Royal Tea at Home Experience. You can participate individually or COME TOGETHER with your friends, family and neighbors in the comfort of your home for a cup of tea and a delightful morning benefiting foster children in South Dakota. There is no charge, but you’ll want to be sure to sign up below so we can set you up with recipes, entertainment and all of the details you’ll need to participate in this year’s Royal Tea!
How’s it work? Well, you decorate and set your table with the appropriate number of plates, silverware, tea cups, tea pot (one for hot water & one for lemonade just for fun), water pitcher, sugar/honey bowl, creamer server, napkins, & centerpiece. If you are inviting guests with young children, you could even set a table just for the kids. Table Prizes will be awarded for Elegance, Originality, and People’s Choice. Be sure to sign up below to receive your Table Host Kit and be eligible to win a host prize. Included in our host packets are also some menu suggestions, but the possibilities are endless! Guests can get in on the fun by bringing some of the Tea treats too.
What to wear? You guessed it, anything goes, but tea party attire with a hat adds some extra fun. Prizes will be awarded for our favorite hats as well.
You can start and end your Tea at any time you choose. Streaming begins at 9:30am with the live portion from 10:00 – 11:15am.
